Ingredients
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1/4 cup, chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup, Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers frpzen broccoli cuts, thawed
- 2 frozen soft dinner rolls (from 12.4 oz. bag)
- 1/2 cup, milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 slices, Canadian Bacon, choopped (3 oz.)
- 1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)

Step 1
eIn 8 in. skillet, melt butter over med.-high heat. Cook bell pepper and broccoli in butter 1 to 2 min. or until crisp-tender. Spray 1 qt. casserole with cooking spray. Cut each roll into 1/2 in. cubes. In lg. bowl, beat milk, eggs, mustard, onion salt and pepper with wire wisk; stir in broccoli mixture, bread cubes, bacon and cheese. Pour into casserole. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hrs. but no longer than 8 hrs. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered 45-50 min. or until set. Cool for 10 min. before serving. Serve warm.
