Funfetti Cake Batter Cookies

• 1 box, 18.25 oz. Vanilla Cake Mix
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. veg oil
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 c. colored sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350.

In large bowl mix together the cake mix and baking powder. In a small bowl mix together the eggs, oil and vanilla. Add the egg mixture to the cake mixture and stir to combine. Stir in the sprinkles.

Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake roughly 9 minutes. Cool & transfer to cooling rack.
