Ingredients
- Juice of 4 sm. lemons, about 1/2 cup
- 2 tsp. distilled wwhite vinegar
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustsrd
- 2 cloves, garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and gr., black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup, extra virgin olive oil

Step 1
In a med. mixing bowl, whick together the lemon juice, vinegar, mustards, garlio, salt and pepper until well blended. Whisking constantly, add the oil in a slow, steady stream and continue to whick until well blended. Use at once or store in a tightly covered container in the frig. for up to 1 week.
