Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- sea salt and pepper d'Espelette
- 2 tsp. becel
- 3/4 ounce Kraft light Cheddar - in small dice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except Becel in a bowl and mix well.
Heat Becel in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat until foamy.
Add egg mixture and stir gently until done and cheese is melty. Don't overdo or they'll be rubbery - cook just until set and don't make them wait for you.
