Ingredients
- 8 oz room temperature cream cheese
- 2 T chopped Italian parsley
- 2 T thinly sliced fresh chives
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 T milk
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, with a mixer on low speed, beat 8 oz room-temperature cream cheese, 2 T chopped Italian parsley, 2 T thinly sliced fresh chives, 1 T lemon juice, and ¼ t salt until well blended. Add 1T milk and beat until smooth, if mixture is too stiff, add a little more milk. Spoon into a bowl. Serve with vegetables.
