Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 lg. jar pimento, chopped
- 1 Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup regular Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz. macaroni
- 1 can milk
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Miracle Whip

Step 1
Cook ground chuck, onions and green pepper, drain grease. Boil macaroni while cooking the ground chuck. Add the rest of the ingredients to the ground chuck and mix well. Cook in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until all cheese is well melted.
