Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound brussel sprouts, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 6 oil- packed anchovy fillets, chopped and mashed
- 6 dashes hot sauce
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add olive oil, followed by sliced Brussels sprouts. Com, stirring occasionally, for 7 to 9 minutes, until sprouts are lightly charred. Remove from heat and transfer to large bowl.
In a small bowl,whisk mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, anchovies and hot sauce. Add the dressing to the the cooked sprouts; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve warm.
