Cookie Dough Truffles

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cups brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 Tablespoons milk
• 1 cup chocolate chips, plus additional 1 cup for coating

Preparation

Step 1

Simply combine all ingredients (except for 1 cup of chocolate chips for coating) with a hand or stand mixer until fully combined. Shape into dough balls and place on a baking sheet. Freeze until harden, about 15-20 minutes. Next simply put 1 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth and melted. Then dip the cookie dough balls in the melted chocolate and shake off the excess. While the chocolate is still wet shake on any sprinkles you want, or melt some white chocolate and drizzle on top.
