Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 (6.5 oz) can chopped clams, drained reserving liquid
- 1 Tbl dried parsley
- dash pepper
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pasta water
Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan, cook garlic in oil until tender. Add reserved clam juice, parsley and pepper. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add clams, parmesan cheese and pasta water, heat thoroughly.
