- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 1 lb (16oz) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 can (10oz) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
