Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rye flour
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins

Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 Degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Combine molasses and milk.
Add wet to dry and blend well. Stir in raisins.
Fill molds no more the 2/3 full. Cover tightly.
Place filled molds in deep kettle. Add boiling water halfway up sides.
Steam in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Serve warm.
