Ingredients
- 2 medium avacados, seeded and peeled
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup diced tomatoes, seeded and drained
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cut avacados into 1/2-inch cubes. Stir in lime juice. Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill.
Guacamole is best made as near to serving time as possible.
