Ingredients
- Serves 2 - Generously
- 85 grams low fat cream cheese
- 20 grams Becel
- 30 grams shredded parmigiano reggiano
- 2 tbsp. milk (or more if needed for consistency)
- 4 slices Rosemary ham, thinly sliced (or PC Tuscan Ham or Light Mortadella - whatever you have on hand)
- Generous grind of fresh nutmeg and black pepper - NO SALT NEEDED
- 4 ounces Catelli smart spaghetti or Spaghettini or Fettucine

Preparation
Step 1
* Combine all ingredients except spaghettini in a sauce pan and heat over LOW heat while cooking noodles, adding more milk if necessary to achieve necessary consistency.
* Boil noodles until done, adding pasta water to sauce as necessary, then drain, toss with sauce and plate.
Try adding a bit of fresh basil chiffonade if you've got it.
