Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish(or to taste)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and chill.

To serve, place the sauce in a small bowl in the center of a large platter. Arrange the shrimp around it. Accompany with a dish of frilly toothpicks.

Replenish shrimp and sauce as necessary.
