Ingredients
- Filling for the center:
- 2 pgs. orange jello
- 1 small bottle 7-up
- 1 C boiling water
- 1 can mandarin oranges and juice
- 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 C mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 C pineapple, crushed, drained
- 1 C shredded coconut
- 1 C miniature marshmallows
- 1 C whipped cream

Step 1
Mix jello, 7-up, and water; stir in 1 can mandarin oranges with juice, and 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a pan and chill until congealed. Reserve other half at room temperature.
Mix 1 C mandarin oranges, pineapple, coconut, marshmallows and whipped cream. Spread this mixture on the congealed layer and refrigerate.
Briefly refrigerate reserved jellow until partially set, the carefully pour over the whipped cream layer. Chill well.
