Ingredients

  • 18 Jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 (3oz) package cream cheese w/chives, cubed (I use 1/2 Cup plus Ranch or French Onion Dip
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (8oz) bottle Ortega taco sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown ground meat, stirring to crumble. Stir in cream cheese or dip, chili powder and
salt if using. Simmer 5 mins. Meanwhile cook pasta shells according to package directions and drain.

2. Preheat oven to 350F. Fill shells with meat mixture. Arrange in a greased 13x9" baking
dish. Pour taco sauce over shells, cover and bake 15 mins. Uncover, top with cheeses and tortilla chips. Bake 15 mins longer.
