Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 TBS shortening (can substitute with butter)
- Cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add shortening.
Add enough cold water to make a tough dough.
Pinch off balls of dough (walnut size) and set stand 15 minutes.
Roll balls of dough on flat, floured surface.
Cook on un-greased, heated grill (medium hot); approximately 1 minute on each side.
Let cool and refrigerate for later or serve warm.
