Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2-ounce lemon juice
1/2-ounce simple syrup
2 ounces tequila
Club soda

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients, except the club soda, in a mixing glass or shaker and shake well. Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with club soda.
