Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour milk (1 tsp soda in milk)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups rhubarb (cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 tsp vanilla.
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and put in 9 x 13 " pan
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top

Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes
