Ingredients
- 1 (3.9 oz.) package instant chocolate-flavored pudding mix
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 1 (3.3 oz.) package instant white-chocolate flavored pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided
- Garnish: finely chopped pecans, chocolate sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup cream, and 1 cup milk. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until thickened. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, combine white chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup cream, and 1 cup milk. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until thickened.
3. In each of 8 (7oz.) paper cups, spoon 2 tbsp. chocolate mixture. Sprinkle each evenly with 1 tbsp. pecans. Top each with 2 tbsp. white chocolate mixture, and pecans. Cover, and freeze for 8 hours. To serve, invert cups onto a serving plate, and gently peel back paper cup. Garnish plate with chopped pecans and chocolate sauce, if desired.
