Ingredients
- 4 bacon strips, diced
- 1/4 C chopped onion
- 2 C cubed peeled pie pumpkin
- 2 C chicken broth
- 1 can (14 1/oz) diced tomatoes,
- drained
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 3/4 C cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1/3 C frozen corn
- 1/3 C cooked small pasta shells

Preparation
Step 1
in lg. saucepan, cook bacon & onion
over med hat until bacon is crisp
drain
add pumpkin, broth, tomatoes & curry
bring to boil
reduce heat
cover & simmr 8-10 min or until pumpkin
is tender
stir in chicken, corn & pasta
heat through
