    skin-on, bone-in chicken pieces

    Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1

    Tbsp light brown sugar

  • 2

    Tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 3

    Tbsp olive oil

  • 8

    green onion, chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Salt and Pepper


Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, oil, onion, and garlic to create marinade. Pour into a shallow baking dish and toss with chicken pieces. Place chicken skin side up and season generously with salt and pepper. Place dish in oven and roast for 30 minutes (skin will start to brown), then remove and baste with marinade. Flip chicken pieces and bake for 10 additional minutes or until chicken is completely cooked. Garnish with fresh parsley and ENJOY!
