Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup FINELY chopped nuts (I use walnuts most)
  • will need another cup of confectioners sugar to roll.

Step 1

PreHeat oven to 400 degrees.

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Work in flour, salt, and nuts until holds together. Shape dough into 1" balls. Bake on ungreased pan for 10 - 12 minutes. Until set, but NOT brown. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Allow to cool and roll in sugar agan.
