Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 jar (about 30 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- lasagna noodles
- 2/3 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and drain
Combine meat, spaghetti sauce and oregano in medium bowl.
In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
Cover bottom of pan with meat mixture, then add layer of lasagna noodles.
Next add layer of cheese mixture and repeat all three layers.
Add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese to top of lasagna and pour 2/3 cup water around outside edge of pan.
Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. Let stand 20 min to thicken before serving.
