Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage, shredded
- 2 C cooked, diced chicken
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1/2 C toasted slivered almonds
- 2 pkg. ramen noodles, broken up
- Dressing
- 1/4 C oil
- 1/2 C chicken stock
- 6 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 T sesame oil
- 3 T sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 T toasted sesame seed
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, grated or minced
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Place cabbage, chicken, almonds, green onions and noodles in a large bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pour dressing over cabbage and mix well.
Serve immediately
