Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8-oz) refrig. crescent rolls
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 4 C sliced zucchini
  • 1 C chopped onion
  • 6 TBL butter,cubed
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 C (4-oz) shredded mozzarella
  • 1 C (4-oz) shredded jack
  • 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Preparation

Step 1

separate crescent dough into 8 triangles
& place in greased 9" pie plate w/
points toward center
press dough onto bottom & up sides of
plate to form crust
seal seams
spread w/ mustard

in lg. skillet, saute zucchini & onion
in butter until tender
in lg. bowl combine eggs, cheese,
seasonings & zucchini mixture
pour into crust

bake 375 for 20-25 min or until knife
inserted near center comes out clean

cover edges loosely w/ foil if crust
browns too quickly
