1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 C milk
1/2 C (2-oz) grated parmesan cheese
dash of ground nutmeg
pepper

microwave cream cheese, milk & parmesan
in 1-qt dish

microwave on med (50%) 6-8 min or until
sauce is smooth
stirring every 2 min

stir in seasonings
toss w/ hot cooked pasta
