Ingredients
- 8 oz (1/3 pkg) La Rosa Garden Variety Rotini
- 12 oz Chicken, Ham or Beef
- 2/3 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced Green Onions
- 1/2 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
- 4-6 oz grated, sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 teas Prepared Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Rotini according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water; in a large bowl, combine rotini, meat, celery, relish and cheese. In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, yogurt and mustard. Blend well, pour sauce over mixture. Stir gently and season to taste with salt & pepper.
Cover and refrigerate.
