Ingredients

3 C mashed potatoes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 C french fried onions
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C sour cream
1/4 C milk

Preparation

Step 1

combine mashed potatoes, sour cream,
milk & garlic powder in lg. bowl
spoon 1/2 mix. into 2-qt casserole
sprinkle w/ 2/3C french fried onions &
1/2C cheese
top w/ remaining potato mixture

bake @350 for 30 min or until hot
top w/ remaining onions & cheese
bake 5 min until onions are golden

CAN USE INSTANT MASHED POTATOES
