Ingredients
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans
- 1/3 C olive oil
- 1/3 C lemon juice
- 1/2 C roasted red peppers
- 1/4 t dried basil or fresh basil leaves

Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl of food processor; process until mixture is smooth. Add peppers & basil, process until peppers are finely chopped. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Chill before serving.
