Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 small onion (or more if desired)
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 8 oz pkg Egg Noodles
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 9 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onion, drain grease and add tomato sauce.
While doing beef, cook noodles as per package.
Blend sour cream and cream cheese.
Combine ground beef mixture and noodles in deep casserole dish or dutch oven.
Spread cream mixture on top.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
