Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1/4 of soup, ground beef, cracker crumbs, egg, onion and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Arrange in 9x13 baking pan. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Combine remaining soup and water. Pour over patties. Bake 10 min. longer at 350 degrees
