Death By Chocolate cookie

Ingredients

• 2 pkgs. (16 squares) semi sweet chocolate divided
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp. baking powder
• 2 cups chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 350F. Coarsely chop 8 squares of chocolate, set aside. Microwave remaining 8 chocolate squares in large bowl until melted and smooth. Stir in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla. Stir in flourand baking powder, add reserved chocolate and nuts. Drop onto ungresed cookie sheet. Bake 12 - 13 mins. or until puffed and feel set to the touch. Cool on cookie sheetfor 1 min., transfer to wire rake to cool completely.
