Ingredients
- 1/2 C worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 C rice wine vinegar
- 3 T honey
- 2 T sherry, or sake, or miren
- 2 T oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/4 T ginger
- Flank steak
