Ingredients
- 1 Can (20 oz.) Dole Crushed Pineapple, undrained
- 1 Package (4-serving size) Jello Vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 Cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
- 1 Fresh baked (or prepared) angel food cake
- Seasonal berries (Blueberries, raspberries, blueberries ... your choice)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix pineapple and pudding in bowl.
2. Gently stir in Cool Whip topping
3. Cut cake horizontally into thirds
4. Spread one-third pudding mixture over bottom layer of cake.
5. Top with secondf layer.
6. Repeat layering, ending with pudding.
7. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
8. Garnish with your favorite seasonal berries on the top layer.
