Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground turkey
- 1/2 Cup chopped onion
- 1/4 Cup chopped green pepper
- 1 Jar Healthy Choice Garlic & Herb spaghetti sauce
- 1 Box Angel Hair pasta
- 2/3 Cup grated Parmesan No Fat Cheese (I like the regular - bring on the fat)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 2 Teaspoons butter
- 1 Large container No Fat Cotage Cheese
- 1 Bag (4 cups) Mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook turkey, onion and green pepper in large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is cooked. When done, drain any fat / juices.
2. Stir in Healthy Choice sauce to the meat mixture.
3. Cook Angel Hair pasta according to package directions (do not use salt or oil). Drain and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, eggs and butter. Mix well.
5. Place in bottom of a 13x9" oblong pan.
6. Spread cottage cheese over the top of the pasta mix.
7. Pour sauce and meat mixture over the cottage cheese.
8. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over the top of that.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts (about 20-25 minutes)
Note: Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave for about 3 minutes (that would be a serving size portion).
