Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 3/4 tsp. white pepper
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Step 1
Combine.
When ready to use dredge both sides of fillets in seasoning mixture. Drop fillet in a very hot skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side. This is great on an open fire!
