Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, lightly packed (~1/2 oz)
- 3/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Basil sprigs (optional)
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine basil, cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and garlic in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth; salt and pepper to taste. Scrape into a serving bowl using a rubber spatula. Garnish with basil sprigs if desired. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 4 Weight Watchers points.
