Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 or 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup green pepper , chopped
  • 1/3 cup grated onion
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Step 1

Combine eggs, vinegar and sugar in top of double boiler. Mix well. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Add butter and cream cheese – beat at medium speed until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill well. Serve with assorted raw vegetables.
