Ingredients
- Pastry for 9" pie crust
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups whipping (heavy) cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Place bacon on bottom of pie crust, then cheese and onion.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees.
Bake 30 minutes more.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
