Ingredients
- 1 bar (4-1/2 oz) semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 egg whites
- 1 9" graham cracker crust

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add sugar and milk, blend thoroughly. Cool.
Beat in egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour into crust and chill 3-4 hours. Top with whipped cream.
