t. cayenne (the more you use the spicier the dish)
T. Montreal Steak seasoning
garlic cloves, pressed
T. fresh lemon juice
CHICKEN: 3 chicken breasts (slice into 6 cutlets); 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, or 3 pounds of chicken pieces.
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Works well in a LARGE ziploc bag. Mix well and add chicken. Marinate for three hours, turning frequently. COOKING: Grill, skillet or bake 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or so. Do not overcook or chicken gets tough.
