ground cumin
turmeric
garlic powder
salt
tsp. each:
ground cinnamon
red pepper (cayenne)

Step 1

Blend well and keep in airtight container.
Rub chicken lightly with oil and rub this generously over chicken - bake or butterfly the whole chicken and place on grill. Remember to place something atop chicken so it cooks evenly.
