Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers w/garlic
  • 3/4-1 stick of whipped butter
  • 1 teas. thyme
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • salt
  • 1/3 cup fine parmesan cheese
  • fat free mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Place butter and crackers in a slip lock bag and crush with rolling pin.
Melt butter and coat crums until moist. Add thyme, and garlic, parsley, salt and parmesan cheese. Soak fish in milk for 2 hours.

Put fish in pie plate sprayed with pam.

Put thin layer of fat free mayo on fish. Put breadcrumbs on top. Bake 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on how thick your fish is.
