Layered Chili Cheese Dip

Grab a chip and dig into this simple dip thats really delicious. Cream, cheese, salsa, chili and Cheddar cheese are layered and baked until hot and bubbling. Top it with green onion, tomato and fresh cilantro for a tasty dip that is sure to be a hit.

Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) Pace® Chili with Beans
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 2 green onions, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Spread the cream cheese in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Spread the salsa over the cream cheese.
Top with the chili.
Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot. Top with the green onions, tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
