An old family recipe that's a different twist as it has a meringue topping.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh rhubarb; cut in 1/2" pieces
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- unbaked pie crust
- meringue

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and place in shell.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350 until set.
Top with meringue and brown.
