Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium pan, bring cream to a boil. Remove from heat, add chocolate and bourbon. Let stand 3 minutes, whisk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate until thick and firm, about 2 hours.
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Drop tablespoons of chocolate mixture onto sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Place pecans in shallow bowl. using hands, roll each chocolate mound into a ball, roll balls in pecans, pressing lightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Store in airtight container.
