Ingredients
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 2 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar

Step 1
Place 2 tbsp cold water in small saucepan, sprinkle with gelatin and set aside, 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together Nutella and 1/4 cup cream.
Heat gelatin mixture over low, stirring until dissolved.
In a mixer, beat rest of cream with sugar until soft peaks form. While still beating, pour dissolved gelatin mix over cream all at once.
Fold half of whipped cream into Nutella mixture. The rest of whipped cream is the frosting.
