Ingredients

1/3 C butter
1/3 C brn. sugar (light)
1 C flour
1/2 C chopped walnuts
8-oz cream cheese
1 egg
2 tBL milk
1 TBL lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 C sugar

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter & sugar
add flour & nuts - mix till crumbly
reserve 1C for topping
press rest into butter pan
bake 350 12-15 min, until lightly brown

FILLING
blend sugar & cream cheese
add rest of ingredients
beat well
pour in pan
sprinkle topping
bake 350 25 min
cool
cut squares w/ wet knife
