Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 T. baking powder
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. blueberries

Step 1
Combine milk, eggs and sour cream; beat well. Stir together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt; add to milk mixture. Bean until lumps disappear; mix in oil. Fold in blueberries; pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto a greased hot griddle. Flip when bubble appear. Serves 4 to 6.
